We have a full season of great program offerings for our members and are even doing preliminary work on 2024 - 2025. While we are looking forward to the 75th anniversary of the SCAA organization, and its contributions to the Art community, we cherish participation by budding artists, emerging art students, and those who add to general art appreciation, as Art Lovers.

Opening night is Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 7 p.m.

at: Trillium United Church, 415 Linwell Rd, St. Catharines

Our Guest Presenter is Bart Gazzola who will provide a Critique for Members work. Bart has been regularly facilitating / curating exhibitions of Niagara based visual artists in the downtown St. Catharines exhibition space at Mahtay Cafe & Lounge, as well as making frequent visits to SCAA to provide valuable feedback to members in the development of their Art.

He has been nominated in the "Making A Difference" category for the St. Catharines Arts Awards three times individually (and several times before that, as part of The Sound). He found these humbling and flattering experiences, and clearly about his advocacy for Rodman Hall Arts Centre, as well his work with visual artists in Niagara.

We invite new artists and former members to join us, in this event by bringing one piece of their work for review.
