Dear SCAA Members,
Now that we have all recovered from our first OPEN STUDIO TOUR (and caught up on our sleep), we would love to hear your feedback on what worked well, what exceeded expectations, and what we can improve for next year.
Attached are two simple surveys: one for Visitors and one for Participating Artists. The surveys are completely anonymous, and there is no need to include your name. We are looking for honest feedback—both positive and constructive—so that we can make the 2027 Open Studio Tour even better.
You may print and complete the attached survey and bring it to our next members' meeting. (June 23) If you do not have a printer, no worries—we will have copies available at the meeting.
To ensure complete confidentiality, completed surveys can be deposited into our highly secure ballot box, protected by our elite security team: Danika and Helen. Their reputation for safeguarding important documents is second to none.
In the coming weeks, I will share a summary of the suggestions, comments, and ideas received.
