At the well-attended Awards Lunch of SCAA on December 11th

St. Catharines Art Association launched its 75th anniversary Events Brochure for 2026 with 18 events, including 6 group exhibitions. Major Award Winners were:

Helen Michlik – Volunteer of the Year
Brenda Sauder – Member of the Year
Matthias Friedrich Bork (MABO) – Winner – SCAA New Logo Creation Competition.
During the event SCAA concluded the 10-month long silent auction of the 'Love & Wind' painting created by 6 SCAA members. The highest bidder – Dr. Debra Attenborough decided to donate the 48" x 36" mixed media painting to the Niagara Falls Art Gallery's permanent collection.
