We had a great time at the exciting Toronto Christmas Market this year! The Distillery District was abuzz with festive carols, sizzling sausages, scrumptious goodies, lights atwinkle, and of course, shoppers galore. Who could pass up a potato tornado?
The André Pitre exhibit on at the Thompson Gallery was certainly worth a stop, with his huge beautiful-youth faces juxtaposed with stark coastal pieces of imposing lighthouses, sharp-edged shorelines, and cold, bottomless depths. Utterly stunning mixed media pieces!
We all met later on at The Mill St. Brew Pub for a cozy gathering to show off our finds, enjoy their delicious pub food, and share a lot of laughs.
We're already looking forward to next year!
