Call for Artists for the
May Pelham Art Festival (PAF) 2025

The annual PAF will take place on Mother's Day weekend, May 9-11, 2025, and the online show is scheduled for May 1-31, 2025. The PAF team is very helpful with the application process and available to assist with questions/uploads, etc. through an email helpline. The festival has attracted numerous artists from South Niagara and beyond for the past 37 years, many of whom have returned year after year.

Anyone who applies for the In-person show is automatically entitled to a free Online gallery on our website as well. For those who are not able to do an In-Person show, they can choose the Online option instead.

The Pelham Art Festival is a fundraising festival in support of the Lincoln Pelham Library System, art scholarships and community art activities. We are a not-for-profit organization, run by volunteers who are passionate about art and care about their community. In addition to a very reasonable booth/gallery fee, the expectation is that artists pay a 15% commission to the PAF from each sale made during the PAF In-Person and Online shows and from post-show sales up to two weeks following as a result of an artwork being seen at the festival in either format.

The attachment contains promotional material for use on social media or to include in a newsletter, email send-outs or web post. Also included are suggested captions and hashtags for social media platforms and a brief introduction as well.
