NOTE! This is NOT a regular meeting with regular programming. There is no Art Challenge this month.

However, it is an important meeting for members planning to enter pieces for the Live Auction portion of the Art Lovers' Affair Show & Sale in February.

Plus, if you have not already sent in a cheque or paid online via e-transfer, it will be your last chance to pay for the other parts of the show: Art Display Boards and Silent Auction. [For more information on how to register for these parts of the show, go to the Art Lovers' Event Page.]

The meeting will be held at First Grantham United Church at 415 Linwell Rd., St. Catharines, starting at 6:30 pm.

Any members wishing to enter the Live Auction portion of the show must do the following:

- be at the meeting for 6:30 to allow the jury selection to begin early
- bring your painting(s) with you (up to two paintings per person can be entered)
- bring a brief write-up for each painting as well as a brief bio about you (if you haven't already sent these in via email)
- if you haven't already registered online, bring your completed application (below) and payment (cheque or cash)

The Jury Selection for the Live Auction will happen soon after 6:30.

Only 15 paintings will be selected, and no more than 1 per artist. Once these have been chosen, the paintings will be photographed for promotional purposes and for the print paddle/catalogue for the Saturday Evening Gala.

Anyone interested in purchasing a second Display Board can do so at this meeting.

The next Members Meetings will be on February 26, 2019 at First Grantham United Church, 415 Linwell Rd. It will be Cinema Night.

Members Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month, 6:30 to 9:30 pm from September through June (except December and January). Enjoy meeting with fellow members over coffee, tea, and sweet treats.
