Noticeboard - Pelham Art Festival

The Pelham Art Festival Committee is pleased to announce that we are planning an
in-person show this year! Spring 2022 will mark our 35th Annual Show, and we are proud to
continue our mandate of raising funds for the Pelham Public Library and awarding scholarships to
local graduating highschool students. As you know, the Pelham Art Show is 100% Volunteer-driven.
We are reaching out to see if you would please consider volunteering this year.
The show will once again take place on Mother's Day Weekend, at the Meridian Community
Centre in Fonthill. The dates are: Friday May 6, Saturday May 7, & Sunday May 8, 2022. We are
looking for Booth Sitters, Welcome Table/Ticket Sellers, Wrapping Station Attendants, and Wine Bar
Attendants. Please find attached a more detailed description of what each position involves.
Volunteers may choose any day that is convenient: shifts are Friday 7:00pm-10pm, Saturday and
Sunday 10:00-1:30 or 1:30-5:00.
We are committed to the safety and comfort of our Volunteers, Artists & Patrons and will do
our best to provide a safe environment. We will be following all Provincially-Mandated Covid
Protocols that may be in place at the time and encourage everyone to continue to maintain personal
safety.
