Mark Skeffington

Mark Skeffington is a Niagara artist who paints in oils using a palette knife.
Mark was inspired to paint after collecting Canadian fine art.
Mark, a former journalist, works in communications and is also an art dealer. He sells Canadian fine art through the online gallery FineArtCollector, which is known for selling works by David Blackwood and other respected RCA artists. He also operates a separate website/online gallery devoted to William John Hopkinson (1887-1970), an Ontario artist who painted in oils, largely en plein air, using palette knives.
Influences include W.J. Hopkinson, Ted Godwin and the Group of Seven.
