Join Tina Clancy on Nov. 10, 2018 for a 2-hour Zentangle: Basics and More Workshop at the Town of Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre on 4996 Beam Street in Beamsville.
Zentangle is a method of drawing repetitive patterns called tangles using 3 to 5 simple strokes. Tangles can be drawn in any direction and in any combination. The added bonus about Zentangle is that it is quick and portable – you can carry the essentials in a small pocket or purse. You will learn some basic tangles and discover how shading, colour, and different pens and backgrounds can add drama to your tangles. Do Zentangle to pass the time in a waiting room, to relax and reflect, to add some interest in your scrapbooks, or to create one-of-a-kind cards. With some practice, you are bound to improve your drawing skills and to find your own style for when and where to apply Zentangle in your creations.
Cost: $25 per person
Everyone will receive a starter kit. All materials will be provided.
In order to attend the workshop, you must register through the Town of Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre (below).
